Store Management Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead our Kappa Outlet store in Mondovì, Mondovicino Outlet Village.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales excellence, while managing the daily operations and strategic management of the store. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting customers with sales inquiries;
* Maintaining and replenishing merchandise displays;
* Managing cashier operations and coordinating staff schedules;
* Monitoring store performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment, preferably in the fashion or footwear field. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of store management dynamics, and proficiency in English language.
Key Responsibilities
The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store consistently meets high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and completeness of range. They will also be expected to maintain courtesy, friendliness, and kindness towards customers.

The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment;
* Knowledge of store management dynamics, KPIs, and staff scheduling management;
* Proficiency in English language (any other languages will be considered an asset);
