Key Account Manager – ItalyJSolar Tracker, a global leader in solar‐tracker solutions, seeks an experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales and build strong relationships in Italy and across Europe. The role focuses on expanding market coverage, managing key accounts, and ensuring delivery and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage in Italy and European countries.Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the company's sales plan in Spain and Europe.Proactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region.Identify and develop key accounts in Italy and European countries; negotiate and follow upcontracts.Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to delivery and payment collection for all key accounts, coordinating with internal departments.Communicate with customers regarding their upcoming projects.Coordinate with the Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solutions, and advise customers of delivery status.Maintain close relationships with existing key accounts to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities.Analyze and monitor account customer data, develop regular reports on trends.Report all activities to the sales director on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Represent the company at local and national exhibitions and conferences.Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customer benchmarking. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the PV sector.Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence peers.Proactive self‐starter, problem‐solver, and quick thinker.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Innovative, dynamic, and able to thrive in a changing market.Self‐motivated and able to manage time effectively.Passionate about the industry and able to promote this passion professionally.Flexible to travel.
