Opportunity We are seeking to expand our presence in the Export market within our Sales & Business Development Directorate. The role involves managing relationships with key European export markets and acting as the Win Team Leader on dedicated campaigns. MBDA was the world's leading exporter of complex weapons in 2022 and remains at the forefront of European and global defense initiatives, supporting domestic governments and strategic ambitions. Role Responsibilities Develop regional business by identifying customer needs, generating opportunities, and managing business strategies. Manage relationships with customers (Political, Armed Forces, Industrial), business advisors, service providers, and internal stakeholders across MBDA and parent companies. Define, develop, implement, and communicate winning strategies for sales campaigns and regional plans, including managing industrial cooperation, make-or-buy decisions, and technical roadmaps. Establish pricing targets and lead negotiations to secure export contracts. Brief senior stakeholders, including C-Suite, on campaigns and territory specifics. Candidate Profile Deep knowledge of the defense environment and industry, including decision-makers, procurement processes, geopolitical and competitive landscapes. Experience in international business operations. Strong intercultural awareness. Ability to lead and manage multinational teams. Objective-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
