With distribution in over 100 countries, Spin Master is best known for award-winning brands PAW Patrol, Bakugan, Kinetic Sand, Air Hogs, Hatchimals, Rubik’s Cube, and GUND, and is the global toy licensee for other popular properties. /ppbWhat will you work on? /b /ppThe National Account Manager is the lead point of contact for all matters specific to his/her customers. They are responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit. /ppbHow will you create impact? /b /polliDeveloping annual business plans that deliver upon company goals and meet customer needs. /liliDeliver product presentations, business proposals, and ad plans to customers on time. /liliUnderstanding customer timelines and proactively providing all necessary information and materials for decision-making and effective business management. /liliWorking with support teams to develop forecasts that reflect market realities; updating forecasts at least monthly. /liliManaging OA (spent vs Budget). /liliReviewing actual performance timely and effectively to ensure goals are achieved, adjusting plans as necessary. /liliManaging customer-specific budgets and updating Salesforce accordingly. /liliAnalyzing sell-through data and market intelligence to maximize opportunities and minimize risks. /liliCommunicating clearly and efficiently with customers; providing quick solutions to challenges. /liliWorking proactively and effectively with team members to deliver the best customer service. /liliCollaborating within a team environment, providing feedback and coaching to account management team members. /liliGaining a thorough understanding of all account business objectives and marketing plans through multi-level and cross-functional contacts within your account portfolio. /liliDeveloping innovative sales and marketing-led account plans to maximize performance within each account. /liliCoordinating trade marketing and marketing activities within your accounts to ensure delivery of volume, distribution, and profit targets. /liliMaximizing account profitability through strategic business planning, including volume, revenue, margin, promotional work, and data-driven category solutions. /liliWorking closely with accounts to agree on sales growth objectives while managing account selection processes. /liliNegotiating at senior levels to ensure long-term supply agreements and optimizing marketing mix elements. /liliProviding accurate forecasts and working with planning teams to ensure timely stock delivery. /liliFlexibility in managing various accounts. /liliActively contributing to a solution-oriented culture, leading by example. /liliMaintaining and developing strong commercial and personal relationships with your account base to ensure Spin Master Italia remains a preferred supplier. /li /olpbHow will you fit into the team? /b /ppThe National Account Manager reports to the Sales Director. /ppbWhat are your skills and experience? /b /pulliMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the CPG or Toy industry preferred. /liliBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related area. /liliSuccess managing a business portfolio with a national retailer, preferably in toys. /liliRetail experience at store level or in retail planning is an asset. /liliCustomer-driven approach and a proactive attitude. /liliAbility to build and maintain relationships internally and externally. /liliProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is an asset. /liliStrong organizational, planning, and communication skills. /liliGoal-oriented with self-motivation, persistence, and determination. /liliAbility to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, and read POS reports. /liliDemonstrated financial and negotiation skills. /liliAbility to travel and hold a full clean driving license. /lipbPlease note: /b If you are not a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
