We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Italy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales management, and a proven track record of success in the personal care, small appliances, and kitchen appliance industries.
Main Responsibilities
* Channel Development: Establish and maintain a robust channel system in Italy, including agents, secondary distributors, and OEM customers.
* Market Strategy: Formulate product and price strategies to optimize market performance and ensure profitability for partners.
* Distributor Optimization: Analyze and optimize the distributor system to ensure efficient supply chain management and market order.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives, setting quarterly and annual goals, improving marketing organization systems, and allocating resources effectively.
* Regional Sell-in/Sell-out Management: Ensure accurate sales forecasts and manage regional sell-in and sell-out activities.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales management, or related field; preference given to candidates with experience in personal care, small appliances, and kitchen appliances.
* Experience: Minimum five years of relevant local work experience, with expertise in Italian markets and a history of successful integrated marketing campaigns.
* Prior Experience: Proven ability to withstand pressure, with strong market development and sales capabilities, and a deep understanding of previous roles.
* Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships, and experience in team leadership and project development.
