Activities of the Sales ManagerItaly:
1. Strategicallydriving total profitable revenue and market share growth with assigned existingand new account portfolio (multi -segment) for our global hotel portfolio
2. Creating aconsultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity
3. Researching,identifying and establishing new business sales contacts, developingrelationships and revenue opportunities from existing clients
4. Preparing astrategic account plan for each key- and prospect account
5. Identifyingnew prospect accounts by constant market analysis
6. Pro-activelyworking together in global account teams
7. Producingreports and use corresponding systems for analysing data and preparing actionplans
8. Reporting tothe Country Director of Sales
The qualities we arelooking for
9. Bachelor’sdegree in hospitality or tourism
10. At least 3 – 4 years’ experience in sales within the hotel industry
11. Experience in contracting and negotiating
12. Knowledge in Yield and Revenue Management
13. Ability to identify business opportunities, develop accounts and close deals
14. Fluent in English
15. Energizing and friendly personality
16. Fluent in MS Office
