Job Description: We are looking for a Copywriter to be employed in our Milan office Key Accountabilities - Conceptualize and craft engaging, brand-appropriate copy across a range of media, including digital, print, social, and broadcast. - Interpret creative briefs and contribute original ideas that are both strategically sound and creatively inspiring. - Collaborate with art directors, designers, strategists, and account teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns. - Keep up to date with industry trends, cultural insights, and emerging technologies to ensure relevance and innovation in creative output. - Take ownership of assigned projects, managing multiple deadlines. - You will bring a strong foundation in storytelling, a deep understanding of tone of voice, and the ability to adapt copy across platforms and formats. You’ll be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing proactively to creative development and demonstrating a mature, solutions-oriented and proactive mindset. Person Specification - A strong sense of collaboration, adaptability, and ownership. - Degree or diploma in Copywriting, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. - Proven copywriting experience (3/4 years), ideally in an agency environment. - Excellent writing, editing, and conceptual skills, with a portfolio showcasing diverse creative work. - Solid understanding of ATL communication, digital media and social platforms, and how to write effectively for each. - Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Keynote. - Excellent written and spoken Italian, fluent in English Location: Milan Brand: Dentsu Creative Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent
