Agilent is looking for a motivated, results- driven and people-oriented Field Account Manager to join our Sales team and support the growth of our analytical instrumentation portfolio in the Lazio region. As Account Manager, you will: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote Agilent’score Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (CMS) solutions. Build strong relationships with existing and new customers Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. Collaborate with product and specialists, marketing, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions. Work independently to balancefield activities as face to face meetings with customerswithoffice-based tasks including planning, reporting, and virtual meetings. Stay up to date with market trends and customer needs to ensure Agilent remains a trusted partner. This is a field-based role - being ba sed in the Lazio region will help ensure smooth and regular visits to customers across the assigned territory ( valid driver’s license is required ) Qualifications We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background: Univers i ty degree in Ch emistry, Biology Biotechnology, or related scientific field A working understanding of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, particularly as applied in an analytical laboratory setting A good understanding of the sales process, along with at least two years of experience in a similar role, will be considered a strong advantage Fluent Italian language skills On a personal level, you have the skills to build and maintain networks both internally and externally. You are highly motivated, with strong self-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
