As part of the E-Business & CRM Global Team, the E-Commerce Specialist will support the daily management of on-site activities, working under guidance to ensure alignment with brand objectives. This role involves actively monitoring sales performance and key digital metrics, responding to input, and optimizing product placement to boost conversion, leveraging emerging trends, and contributing to online sales growth. The key responsibilities are:
* Homepage & Content Updates: Manage and update the website homepage and other content pages, utilizing Page Designer or HTML when necessary to ensure visually appealing and engaging content.
* Campaign & Promotion Management: Create and manage campaigns and promotions within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform, ensuring effective execution and optimization.
* Catalog & Publication Management: Manage the product catalog and ensure products are ready for launch with all necessary elements, including images, copy, and stock availability.
* Website Personalization: Implement website personalization strategies using Page Designer and Customer Groups to enhance the customer experience and drive conversion.
* Platform Testing & Quality Assurance: Continuously check and test the SFCC platform to ensure promotions, content, and stock levels are in line with expectations and functioning correctly.
* Visual Merchandising: Curate visual merchandising for the Maison website, considering delivery schedules, seasonal trends, collection performance, and inventory levels to enhance the customer experience.
* Operations & Customer Care: Collaborate with Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, smooth order fulfillment, and address any related issues.
Profile
Requirements
* E-commerce passionate with previous experience in similar roles (preferably within a luxury brand).
* Good experience in e-commerce, with a focus on website updates, campaign execution, site merchandising, and content management.
* Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including campaign management, Page Designer, and Customer Groups is mandatory.
* Experience with HTML for content updates.
* Extremely organized and highly attentive to detail.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
