We are looking for a Booking Agent who embodies sophistication and precision, acting as the very first point of contact for our discerning guests.
The Role
As a Booking Agent, you will play a pivotal role in the Reservations & Revenue department. You are not just taking reservations, you are crafting the beginning of a guest's journey.
* Sales Excellence
:Manage inquiries via phone and email, converting leads into bookings through expert storytelling and up-selling techniques.
- Guest Personalization:
Tailor stays to meet the specific needs of high-net-worth individuals, ensuring every request is handled with the \"Iconic\" touch.
- Systems Management:
Ensure accurate data entry and profile management within our PMS (Opera) and monitor OTA/GDS distribution channels.
- Synergy:
Collaborate closely with Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure a seamless transition from booking to arrival.
Requirements
* Experience:
Previous experience in a Booking or Front Office role within a 5-star luxury hotel environment.
* Language Proficiency:
Native or professional fluency in English and Italian is essential. Proficiency in a third language (French or German) is highly desirable.
