The sales, assembly and service offices are strategically located worldwide in the most important fruit and vegetable areas, close to the customer. /ppAweta is frontrunner in product scanning innovation and the automation of sorting and packing equipment. Aweta continuously strives for higher standards, responds to changing needs of its customers and makes the time to market ever shorter. /ppAweta maintains its competitive edge in more than 45 countries with the support of 300 dedicated and passionate professionals. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliYou identify and acquire new customers, uncover and develop new business opportunities and convert them into profitable commercial success. /liliYou manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals ensuring sustainable revenue growth, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients; you manage your own portfolio. /liliTogether with the sales team you define and execute market strategies for each of your assigned countries to increase revenue and market share. /liliYou consult with your customers, proactively think along with them and translate their needs and requirements into tailored spot-on Value Propositions; you negotiate and close profitable deals with them with the support of the colleagues from the sales team. /liliYou build and maintain lasting relationships with dealers, distributors and agents, working closely with them to expand your sales network. /liliYou oversee contract execution and ensure follow-up in close cooperation with cross-functional teams. /liliRepresent the company at trade fairs and industry events, acting as ambassador of the company. /liliYou report directly to the Operations Manager of the Italian BU, providing insights on sales performance and market developments. /li /ulh3Profile /h3pHunter, International commercial talent /ph3Qualifications /h3ulli3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial automation systems for fresh produce or food processing machinery. /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Technology, Ag Tech, Horticulture, or related field - or equivalent experience. /liliDemonstrable affinity with technology or machine construction; knowledge of the fruit and vegetable sector is an asset. /liliExcellent MS Office skills; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) would be great. /liliFluent in Spanish and Italian.
