Ensure the highest level of Sushi and Asian dishes are always delivered to guests, in line with the established recipes, as approved by the culinary managementReceive orders and prepare food during meal services. Support the culinary team in other dishes preparations as requestedMonitor grocery stocks and suggest orders to the culinary management to ensure availability of any Indian/Asian ingredientEnsure all Health and Safety, Privacy and Security procedure are followed at all times
RequirementsExcellent and consistent Sushi and Asian culinary experience in gourmet dining and/or luxury hotels is a mustGood knowledge of English along with some conversational Italian would represent a great advantagePleasant personality and attitude, able to work efficiently in teamProfessional appearance and attitude, with proficient communication skillsPerfect knowledge of the international HACCP hygiene and kitchen safety rules
