As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to our guests from pre-arrival to departure. This role involves creating memorable experiences through empathy and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
* Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
* Create a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds guest expectations.
* Address special guest preferences recorded in guest history profiles.
* Ensure all guests' requests and queries are answered promptly.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English, Italian, and an additional language.
* Ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
* Attention to detail and excellent guest service attitude.
* Teamwork skills and previous experience in guest experience in five-star hotels is a plus.
