Your responsibilities include:
* Mastering the organization of all the activities related to the management and coordination of the restaurant department.
* Improving the quality of the services offered in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
* Ensuring compliance to the HACCP regulation.
* Managing the team ensuring that everyone is well-trained and motivated.
* Managing restaurant operations according to the budget.
* Show the ability to be hands-on by supporting the team during daily operations.
* Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and quality.
