To support our eMobility Global Center of Competence within our business unit Grid Integration, we are looking for an eMobility Tendering and Sales Specialist for heavy vehicle charging infrastructures for the bus and truck segments. How you'll make an impact Support Sales Managers to secure order intake by preparing budgets and firm offers. Understand customer needs and support the sales organization in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Support and train our local Hitachi sales and tendering teams globally within the focus regions for eMobility solutions. Lead the preparation of complex offers, attend customer meetings, prepare offer presentations, and negotiation materials with a proactive spirit. Take ownership of assigned tenders according to the sales and tendering process. Prepare and ensure on-time and complete technical and commercial tender submissions to customers. Carefully read tender specifications, act as functional lead for tendering stakeholders (engineering, project management, supply chain, field services), and actively drive suppliers both technically and commercially. Identify target costs and target prices to present a competitive bid while maintaining profitability in the segment. Maintain close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful offer preparation. Ensure the integration of supplier offers, perform risk evaluation, and confirm the completeness of tenders in multinational setups. Hand over sold projects to the project and engineering departments and perform win/loss analysis for submitted offers. Your Background Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in tendering and sales in the industrial sector for high or middle current DC conversion electrical installations. Technical knowledge in power electronics and eMobility is a plus. Proactive and result-driven professional with the ability to work with cross-functional and cross-border teams, and cope with a flexible load environment. Fluent in English. Knowledge of Italian, German, and/or French is a plus; other languages are beneficial. Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
