 
        Ph3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and manage sales of photovoltaic modules, inverters, battery storage systems, and integrated energy solutions in the Italian market; /li liIdentify and acquire new clients through direct outreach, networking, exhibitions, and online platforms, including EPC contractors, distributors, installers, energy utilities, and industrial clients; /li liExecute sales strategies and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets; /li liProvide technical support and tailor energy solutions during the pre-sales phase; /li liLead business negotiations, proposal preparation, and contract execution; /li liCoordinate with internal departments (engineering, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure successful delivery and project implementation; /li liMonitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide strategic feedback; /li liMaintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales reports; /li liPromote brand visibility and participate in trade shows and renewable energy events. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the solar energy, energy storage, or industrial equipment sectors; /li liStrong ability in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales pipeline development; /li liFamiliarity with the Italian renewable energy policy landscape and PV market structure is highly preferred; /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural coordination skills; /li liProficient in both English and Italian; Chinese language skills are a plus; /li liWillingness to travel for business purposes; driving license preferred. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liKnowledge of inverters, hybrid systems, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), or PV plant integration; /li liExperience attending international energy exhibitions (e.g., KEY ENERGY, Intersolar); /li liFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite; /li liPrevious work experience in a Chinese or international renewable energy company is a strong advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
