Italy (Remote with occasional travel)
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for photovoltaic systems, including corporate clients, distributors, and installers.
* Understand customer needs and offer tailored PV solutions, including modules, inverters, and storage systems.
* Participate in technical and commercial discussions, prepare offers and contracts, and drive deal closure.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
* Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy adjustments.
Requirements
* 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in photovoltaic, energy, HVAC, or related B2B industries.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Results-driven.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Familiarity with the Italian PV market and supply chain is a plus.
* Fluency in Italian is required;
* English proficiency forbusiness communication is a plus.
