Keyline Industries is a leading manufacturer of keys, key cutting machines, and transponders. It is also a unique manufacturer of industrial automated machines for the security industry and home & building automation under the brands ACS and Allmatic. We are expanding our internal team and are seeking a SALES MANAGER. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing the existing customer base, developing a network of new clients, and creating a distribution program. They will participate in industry trade shows where the company is an exhibitor, as well as relevant events to explore business development opportunities or analyze market trends. Responsibilities: Establish strategies and implement tactics to identify new markets and target segments. Maximize expansion opportunities within existing corporate client channels. Identify growth opportunities through new partnerships with distributors. Cultivate and manage B2B relationships within the distribution network. Leverage relationships with distributors by coordinating sales coverage and support. Identify and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree. At least 8 years of experience in industrial sales and business development. Proven experience in client management and negotiation. Willingness to travel. Note: A combination of education and experience outside the standard requirements may be considered. Skills and Competencies: Proven ability to acquire technical knowledge of products. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal) and proven ability to engage with internal and external clients. Curiosity and willingness to find effective solutions and work methods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred. Ability to analyze CRM/Salesforce data, reports, and forecasts to guide business decisions. Ability to work independently, managing priorities and deadlines effectively. Proven ability to execute sales plans and overcome obstacles. Attention to detail, planning, and execution skills. The compensation package will be commensurate with experience.
