PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA: Key Responsibilities As a Key Account Manager in an international team, you will have full commercial responsibility for driving sales of Engineering Plastics in a dynamic and competitive environment. - Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of large and complex key accounts, including car manufacturers, by identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service. - Market Development: Identify and secure growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in collaboration with marketing colleagues. - Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to provide tailored solutions, including offering technical support and aligning new project requirements with the company’s capabilities. - Reporting: Regularly report sales progress and market insights to the business to ensure alignment with strategic goals. PROFILO RICERCATO: - Education: A degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related scientific field. - Experience: Several years of proven sales experience within the chemical or engineering plastics business, ideally with exposure to the Italian market. Knowledge of the chemistry and processing of engineering plastics is highly advantageous. - Skills: Strong negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills, coupled with a winning mentality and growth-oriented mindset. - Personality: A self-motivated and conscientious individual with a customer-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment. - Mobility: A valid driving license and a willingness to travel throughout Italy and abroad as needed.
