Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced sales professional to lead regional business performance by planning and implementing distribution channel strategies, territory management, and sales team development. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in driving results in a competitive market and be able to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop regional business performance by planning and implementing distribution channel strategies, territory management, and sales team development.
• Oversee and evaluate the performance of sales team members, analyzing sales metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
• Provide clear direction, leadership, and support to the sales team to ensure achievement of site KPIs and targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region/local market.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Proactively troubleshoot and identify areas for improvement within the sales plan, optimizing planning & scheduling efficiency, and implementing SOPs and CI platforms.
• Provide regular reports to direct superiors regarding regional sales strategy, sales activities, and sales performance.
• Take on additional tasks from your superior that are still within the scope.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years sales experience in selling GC1, GC2, and Food Packaging.
• Relevant Bachelor degree.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to drive results in a competitive market.
• Fluency in writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
