By analyzing data and collaborating with the Trade Marketing team, you'll help optimize assortment, shelf space, and promotions to enhance category performance and maximize commercial impact. /p h3How your agenda looks like /h3 ul liDirect negotiation of revenues with customers /li liManagement of relationships with store managers, in-store promotions, and display spaces /li liDaily supervision of the area to ensure full compliance with agreed activities (promotions and assortments) /li liAnalysis of consumer and market data (competitor pricing, promotional actions) and qualitative evaluation of product launches /li liCollaboration with the Trade Marketing team on shelf allocation and implementation of category projects /li /ul h3Your team /h3 pYou will report directly to the Area Manager within the Sales Sell-In Field function. /p h3What makes you a great fit /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Economics and/or Marketing, with a strong interest in developing a career in Trade Marketing Sales /li liAt least 2-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Trade Marketing /li liTechnical skills: strong analytical mindset for building mid-term customer plans and solid understanding of key customer economic KPIs /li liExcellent command of English and Italian, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders /li liProactive, autonomous, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment /li /ul h3What's in for you /h3 ul liWork location: Italy, Puglia - Residency in Puglia region is required /li liContract type: Permanent /li liWorking Hours: Full Time /li liAccess to Company tools and benefits, along with a variable incentive plan dedicated to the sales force. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
