Descrizione dell'offerta Kelly, per prestigiosa multinazionale del settore Power Grids, selezionaPRODUCT MANAGER who will work in the BU High Voltage and will support business results by overseeing all steps in the product life cycle including development, launch, maintenance, pricing and profitability. The focus will be on high voltage switchgears (GIS & PASS). Responsibilities: Manage new products/system/service launch and life cycle from phase-in to phase-out. Coordinate and supervises the product road map. Define and oversees recovery plans Oversee inventory levels and sales volumes on a regular basis to ensure ability to fulfil customer orders. Track and analyze product/system/service performance and trends in terms of volume and profitability Coordinate analysis to evaluate market and contribute to marketing plan development Ensure technical and commercial support to Sales force for critical or special negotiations Work with R&D to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products, system, service and variants Collaborate with internal Marketing and Sales teams to define the marketing plan (marketing communication, training and sales initiatives) Ensure (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, skilled and directed.
