The role will be responsible for developing the Tecnica Outdoor collection in line with the Business Unit’s objectives, ensuring the right timing, costs, and market positioning. The Product Manager will work closely with the RD department, as well as the Sales and Marketing teams, to lead the development process and provide the necessary tools to support both the sell-in and sell-out phases. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libPut Consumer First /b: Exceptionally consumer focused; ability to gain and understand consumer needs and translate them into insight-based value propositions; /li libProduct Line Development /b: Develops consumer product lines; understands the future development of consumer needs and market development and proposes product line priorities; balances authentic outdoor footwear consumer needs with fashion conscious consumer needs /li libDeliver Results /b: Drives execution of agreed plans, monitors performance and takes corrective actions as needed. Supports the top line revenue objectives and holds accountability for the realization of competitive retailer mark ups and product gross margin. /li libGrow business towards a sustainable size /b: act as product leader with a focus on Europe across categories in the beginning, later ensure the global relevance of the product line with a focus on US and China /li libInspire Influence /b: Bridge Builder who enables cross functional collaboration (example Sourcing, RD) breaks silos and co-creates meaning and purpose.
