On behalf of our client, a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a Key Account Manager to join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere within the therapeutic area of oncology .

WORKING AREA:

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Achieve sales, growth, and market share targets for assigned brands, including testing adoption and development.
* Organize scientific meetings and present to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
* Plan and manage customer multi-channel engagements within defined territories.
* Execute multichannel customer interactions, building trustful and long-term relationships by applying patient-focused global standards.
* Monitor and communicate competitor activity to upper management.
* Enhance customer understanding using the SF CRM system.
* Leverage digital solutions to ensure a holistic customer experience and satisfaction through data-driven decisions.
* Contribute to designing, developing, updating, and implementing tailored action plans for key customers in collaboration with other functions.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
* Track performance through customer and business KPIs.
* Provide feedback to the brand team for promotional campaigns based on customer insights.

WHO YOU ARE:

* Scientific degree.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales/Marketing functions.
* Experience in the oncology sector is mandatory.
* Knowledge of gastrointestinal and/or pulmonary areas is a plus.
* Excellent communication, analytical thinking, responsibility, and result-oriented skills.
* Ability to work in a cross-functional and complex environment.
* Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
* Good IT skills and a digital mindset.
* Proficiency in English.
* Residing in or near Rome with availability to travel within the territory.

CONTRACT DETAILS:

* Permanent contract via Staff Leasing.
* Company car provided.
