The selected candidate will join the commercial back office team, reporting directly to the Italian/European General Manager. Specifically, he/she will handle requests from customers received by phone or e-mail, in addition to supporting the external sales representative.
Key responsibilities:
* Actively collaborating in achieving sales targets and managing Customer Satisfaction activities.
* Managing orders, preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and drafting contracts.
* Carry out upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize business opportunities.
* Identify new growth opportunities and build long-lasting customer relationships.
* Providing telephone assistance regarding issues reported by customers, carrying out analysis activities to solve problems.
* Demonstrate strong proactivity in sales, maintaining regular contact with customers through calls, follow-ups, and targeted commercial actions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a technical background and has gained at least 2 / 3 years of experience in technical sales. Knowledge of the electromedical, pharmaceutical, or related sectors will be considered a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory; theknowledge of another language (French or German) will be considered a plus.
What we offer: permanent contract (CCNL Commercio), with an indicative gross salary range between 35.000 and € 45.000, bonus and meals vouchers. Up to 2 days of remote working per week.
