About the Role: We are looking for a Sales Executive Italy Market to drive strategic revenue growth through large‑scale DC charging projects. This role focuses on shaping market opportunities via early influence and building long‑term partnerships with key accounts in sectors such as CPOs, utilities, large fleets, and government/public infrastructure. What You’ll Do: Manage large, complex deals involving multi‑site deployments and long sales cycles. Build and grow relationships with C‑level and technical stakeholders in strategic accounts. Identify and influence tenders/RFPs and secure framework agreements. Secure master service agreements to create recurring project pipelines. Requirements: 7–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or EV charging. Proven experience managing large, complex deals (multi‑stakeholder, tender‑based). Strong track record in Key Account Management with CPOs, utilities, or public sector clients. Familiarity with public tender processes, regulatory frameworks, and large contract negotiations. Prior experience in consultative/solution selling (hardware software services). Fluent in Italian and English. Benefits: Flexible working hours.
