Responsibilities include:Establishing and maintaining interfaces with the Customer Quality representative for all PA matters.Representing the interface for the Project Management team on PA issues.Establishing and implementing the Project PA Plan in accordance with PA requirements.Coordinating the Project Quality team activities, ensuring proper flow-down of the PA Plan.Preparing and maintaining Quality documents and verifying other Quality/Project documents.Managing NC processes internally and with suppliers, providing visibility to the Customer as needed.Reporting Quality aspects to the Customer, PMO, and management.Participating in project meetings and reviews, providing Quality input.Monitoring Quality team expenditures and discussing discrepancies.Formalizing, capitalizing, and promoting lessons learned.Exercising alerts and veto rights as per processes.Executing and contributing to Risk Management processes.Implementing continuous improvement processes.4 - Main Interfaces:TAS Project Manager and teamCustomer PA Manager and teamTAS Project Quality team membersSupplier and partner Quality representatives5 - Required Experiences and Skills:10 years’ experience in the Space Domain5 years in Quality, preferably as PA ManagerKnowledge of ECSS standards (especially Q-series)Effective coordination and delegation skillsManagement-level interfacing skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProactivity and open-mindednessFluency in EnglishAt Thales Alenia Space, we offer careers, not just jobs.
