Job Description:
Enfinity is looking for an HSE Manager to plan, implement, and coordinate Health and Safety programs according
to engineering and construction principles in order to ensure that the safe working conditions and processes are
maintained, followed, and – where required – improved.
Responsibility/Duties:
* Plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and state regulations
* regarding construction sites.
* Execute health and safety plans on construction sites and train employees on safety policies to
* encourage a culture of health and safety.
* Assist in preparing and reviewing job-specific safety plans.
* Perform safety audits and inspections, prepare written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventative measures.
* Deliver corrective action to improve H&S policies.
* Coordinate and conduct worksite inspections, assessments, surveys and program evaluations to identify potential hazards and compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations and contract requirements.
* Collaborate with superintendents, project managers, and contractors on investigations of incidents and document properly.
* Assist in the implementation of corrective actions as they relate to the incident.
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in relevant discipline (Engineering or similar).
* At least 10 years of experience handling H&S policies in construction sites.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and another language based on place of residence.
* Experience working on-site.
