We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join us in advancing technology through innovation and creativity.
Your Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Digital Customer Engagement Manager to make a significant impact on our SAP project. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting sales-to-delivery handovers and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
* Contributing to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
* Managing overall service/project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
* Supporting de-escalation of critical customer issues.
* Collaborating with Major Incident Management, SAP Customer Office, and SAP Product Support for critical situations.
* Participating in customer release and maintenance activities.
* Assisting customers with technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within SAP Enterprise.
* Executing problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Liaising with SAP stakeholders, especially virtual customer success partners, to ensure customer success.
* Reviewing account status and analyzing the need for account transition based on growth and complexity.
* Ensuring systematic onboarding of associates with mandatory training documentation.
* Facilitating continuous knowledge transfer sessions on new topics and refreshers.
Qualifications & Experience
Technical skills required:
* Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis expertise.
* Hands-on experience with HANA database.
* Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB).
* Experience with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S, etc.) is a plus.
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Italian language proficiency at C2 or native level.
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Work Experience
* 5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizations.
* At least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
* 2+ years of cloud-related experience (Solution Management, Consulting, or Delivery).
