Work Location: Based in Italy, with frequent business trips to France.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and demand analysis, define product positioning, and provide full support for product launch and promotion.
- Work closely with the R&D; team to convert market requirements into feasible technical solutions and drive the implementation of product plans.
- Accompany the sales team to visit clients across Italy and other European regions, collect market feedback and identify customer pain points to support product strategy formulation.
- Carry out product operation related work, including competitor analysis, summarizing product selling points, developing sales toolkits and delivering customer training.
- Act as the liaison between the local team and global headquarters, and drive product localization and continuous optimization.
Job Requirements
- Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related engineering fields are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in product management, technical support, pre-sales or after-sales engineering, and product planning. Candidates with experience in forklifts or construction machinery industries are highly preferred.
- Solid technical background. Able to understand product principles, technical parameters and system frameworks without diving into detailed technical development work.
- Keen insight into customer needs, proactive mindset for market work, and excellent communication and coordination skill.
- Willing to take frequent business trips across Italy and France, and able to collaborate closely with the sales team.
