Key Responsibilities The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing the Italian market through direct commercial activities, with a strong hands-on approach. The role includes managing relationships with key customers, distributors, and dental practices, actively driving sales performance, and contributing to the definition and execution of the go-to-market strategy in Italy. Main Activities Direct development of sales activities in Italy, including field sales and commercial meetings with key stakeholders in the dental market. Management and development of relationships with key accounts, distributors, and dental clinics. Achievement of agreed sales targets and systematic monitoring of performance. Contribution to market analysis, identification of growth opportunities, and competitive monitoring. Close collaboration with headquarters and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, quality, and finance. Active contribution to the future set-up of the Italian sales structure.
