A Day in the Life
In this role, the Intern Aortic Marketing Assistant will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales Development teams to support the management of marketing materials and internal digital tools. The role also involves ensuring effective communication with the Field Force and supporting the organization of major congresses and preparation of technical documentation for public tenders.
Internship Details
* Start date: June
* Location: Milan
* Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend for another 6 months
* Working hours: 40 hours per week
* Work model: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Support the management and ordering of marketing materials through approved custom points
* Coordinate and independently follow marketing material approval requests via MEDREVIEW
* Maintain and update the internal digital application (A‑Team)
* Support communication and operational activities with the Field Force
* Assist in the preparation and on-site support of internal staff meetings
* Support the preparation and on-site execution of major national and international congresses
* Contribute to the preparation and execution of the marketing plan
Required Knowledge And Skills
* Recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* Fluent in Italian
* Good written and spoken English
* Good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
Would be a plus
* Degree background in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Management Engineering, Marketing, or Communication
* High level of flexibility and openness to last-minute changes
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage information effectively
* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
* Positive and structured approach to stress management
