Position: Operations Customer Expert
Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Your Main Responsibilities
As part of the Customer Service Operations team you will:
* Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms and calls
* Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds or incomplete services
* Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
* Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
* Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback and support customer success
* Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
* Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
* Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed
Salary Package With & Without Accommodation
Option 1 With Apartment (Company Housing Included)
Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1050 / month
Includes:
* Base salary
* Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
* Meal allowance (7 per working day)
* Apartment benefit-in-kind (200 declared on payslip tax-free until 31/12/2026)
* Health insurance from day one
* Potential productivity bonus (performance-based)
Option 2 Without Apartment (You Arrange Your Own Housing)
Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1379.00 / month
Includes:
* Higher base salary (no apartment benefit)
* Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
* Health insurance from day one
* Potential productivity bonus (performance-based)
Training Information
* Schedule: 8 hours/day
* Training content includes system onboarding, customer management, product training & on-the-job practice
* Training allowance: 42.72 per day
* Payment is made only if training is fully completed
Working Conditions
* 40 hours/week, 1 hour lunch break
* 22 vacation days per year
* Italian holidays apply
* If you work on a Portuguese public holiday you receive a compensation day
* Office located near Oriente / Moscavide stations (easy access by metro, bus, train)
