Responsibilities
Acquiring new customers with high-value freight structures with predominant focus in sea and airfreight imports
Managing and expanding existing client relationships
Preparing proposals and leading commercial negotiations
Conducting on-site visits and presenting our services
Collaborating closely with internal teams in operations and product development
Translating customer needs into smart, scalable logistics solutions
Driving business growth and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Several years of experience in sales or business development within freight forwarding
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Well-organized and confident in negotiations
Used to work with KPIs
Familiar with MS Office and CRM tools as well as CargoWise
