Position Responsibilities: - Leads product strategy and roadmap for PatientOnLine/Kinexus in Europe and Latin America - Leads market opportunity identification, product definition, responsible for defining product strategy and roadmap, Voice of the Customer and leads new product commercialization - Responsible for developing business cases and securing resources to develop and commercialize a regular cadence of new/updated product offerings - Drives product innovation with improved value proposition and reduced costs & burden Your assignments: - Drive strategy and product roadmap decisions based on a thorough analysis of the business, customer, and market needs. - Develop business case and pricing strategy for new product commercialization efforts - Conduct market research, collect and analyze competitive intelligence and stay informed of industry and customer trends - Collect and interpret customer feedback through various voice of the customer (VOC) channels - Conduct quantitative analysis of product data and metrics to inform product decisions. - Lead the product roadmap efforts by gathering product requirements, developing and prioritizing product features, and managing the product backlog for future product releases. - Identify new product opportunities and drive alignment across the organization - Manage the document control process for product labeling and downstream marketing collateral - Provide planning and project management support for product launches - Coordinate with R&D/Engineering to ensure we deliver functional solutions to the market while maintaining a customer centric approach - Coordinate with Marketing to support marketing research projects, customer and field communications as well as development of analytics to support decision making - Create support and training documents for internal and external users Your profile: - Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration with strong technical skills - 2 years experience in Med Tech in product management, product strategy or Product/Customer Success - Business acumen and analytical skills required to make sound holistic decisions. Comfortable with financial concepts, such as NPV, payback, P&L statements, and balance sheets - Proven track record as a business leader in growth, turn-around and cost cutting business environments - Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams - Proactivity - Data driven and results oriented Our offer to you: Permanent contract, remuneration to be evaluated according to actual experience.
