Urschel International Limited is the European sales and service arm of Urschel Laboratories. It currently has 11 businesses across Europe, turnover of USD 57 million and 89 employees and a head office in Leicester, U.K Urschel International Italia is the Italian business in the group overseeing sales and service in Italy. Urschel Italia is now looking to expand its sales force with a Sales Manager responsible for the southern region of the country. Job Purpose To have responsibility for the growth in machines and parts sales within Italy and the provision of advice and technical knowledge to new and existing customers. The role would report to the Sales Manager for Northen Italy and the Sales Director responsible for sales within the region and would be supported by service technicians based in the Italian office. Personal attributes Accountabilities Sales - To continue development of the Southern Italy territory and promotion of Urschel products. - To manage and grow sales of Urschel machines and spare parts within the territory, utilising new and existing relationships. - To be the first point of contact for customers in the territory with regular face-to-face contact in relation to sales, service and maintenance requirements. - To be able to appreciate customer requirements, specify the appropriate machine for their needs, create the machine build and quotation and organise testing, demonstrations and delivery. - To provide assistance to customers where they are encountering problems with their machine, with the support of technical staff. - To provide training and after sales service. - To attend local and international sales meetings and trade shows.
