My client are looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist to bridge the gap between business and technology — driving adoption, enabling innovation, and landing new capabilities across the Microsoft 365 platform (including Copilot and AI-powered tools).
You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, shape requirements, and help teams get the most from M365. Working closely with IT and digital workplace teams, you’ll track Microsoft’s roadmap, plan rollouts, and deliver engaging demos, training, and communications that bring new functionality to life.
Please note his is a B2B (Contract) position and there will be occasional travel to the Milan based office.
What you’ll do
- Act as a trusted advisor between business and technical teams.
- Identify and deliver opportunities to improve collaboration and productivity using M365 and Copilot.
- Lead engagement, adoption, and change activities for new M365 features.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
- Stay ahead of Microsoft’s roadmap and help “land” new functionality effectively.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in a Microsoft 365, Digital Workplace.
- Strong understanding of Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Power Platform, and Copilot.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Passion for technology adoption and delivering real business value.
