You'll leverage AI tools and cloud-native technologies to build full-stack systems that solve meaningful problems. What You Will Be Doing
* Drive End-to-End Feature Development: Transform user stories into production-ready solutions by clarifying requirements, architecting scalable systems, implementing full-stack code, conducting comprehensive testing, and deploying to production
* Execute Precision Problem Resolution: Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve core issues, not just symptoms, while implementing strategic testing to prevent future regressions
* Enforce Engineering Excellence: Evaluate technical plans and code submissions with rigorous standards for clarity, simplicity, and correctness to prevent technical debt accumulation
What You Won’t Be Doing
* Creating Technical Complexity Without Purpose: We don't build elaborate UIs or sophisticated backend systems unless they directly serve user needs
* Implementing Requirements Without Context: You'll understand the underlying problems before writing a single line of code
* Navigating Bureaucratic Processes: We minimize meetings about roadmaps, priorities, and administrative coordination to maximize productive development time
* Shipping Features Without Accountability: Your responsibility extends beyond deployment to ensuring features solve actual user problems
Full Stack Developer Key Responsibilities
Leverage artificial intelligence to develop software solutions that address authentic user challenges, deliver rapid time-to-market, and maintain long-term architectural integrity.
Basic Requirements
* Proven Production Experience: Minimum 4 years developing production-grade web applications across both frontend and backend domains (framework-agnostic)
* Demonstrated Ownership: Verifiable track record managing complete modules, product features, or teams—not merely contributing isolated components
* Self-Directed Execution: Exceptional ability to overcome obstacles independently, establish effective work cadence, and navigate ambiguous situations decisively
* AI Integration Expertise: Practical experience incorporating generative AI technologies into daily development workflows

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
