As Field Sales Manager your mission is to grow sales of Dorel Juvenile brands (Maxi-Cosi, Bebeconfort and Tiny Love) as well as support Sales Agents in training our retailers on product and brand knowledge in Italy. /p pTo strengthen our Italian sales team, we are currently looking for a proactive and independent Field Sales Manager. /p h3Your mission /h3 pYou will be responsible to manage the field sales team across the Italian region and ensure optimal performance of the Italian market in such a way that sales targets are achieved. It is your mission to further optimize the numeric and qualitative distribution and organize the sales field force in the dynamic environment of multiple brands and sales channels while securing optimal in-store support, training, and knowledge. /p pYou will be located in our office in Telgate (BG), while travelling across Italy frequently together with your sales reps. You report to the Country Sales Manager Italy. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild, organize and develop the field sales team to optimize the sales growth in the region; /li liCollaborate and create launch and promotion calendar with Key account managers; /li liManage merchandising the shop floor of the retailers; /li liDevelop brand coaches and join them with visits to retailers; /li liAnalyzing and reporting the sales results, in such a way that it is possible to make the necessary corrections to overachieve the turnover targets; /li liBuilding and maintaining a good relationship with customers, in such a way that customers are extremely satisfied with the commercial and logistical services; /li liWorking closely together with the Sales Back Office to ensure optimal customer relationships and ensure that the sales targets are realized; /li liLead develop the individual members of the field sales team; /li liActs as sparring partner for the Italian Marketing team. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liHigher education, working and thinking level with min 8 years of relevant commercial experience; /li liProven experience in managing a team, including change management aspects; /li liExperience in structuring a field force and implementing necessary KPIs and reporting tool; /li liExperience in working with premium brands in a consumer product retail environment; /li liCommercial experience with online offline business; /li liOutstanding organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines both internally and externally; /li liMust be able to deal with ambiguity, manage through change, work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously; /li liConnector, able to connect different teams and expertise areas; /li liKnows how to implement advice and how to manage resistance and interests in the process; /li liSolution and result driven, “can do it” mentality; /li liNative Italian and fluent working knowledge of English, written and spoken.
