Main activities
1. Maintains and develops relationships with customers (OEM / END USERS), with the main stakeholders and decision makers;
2. Understands the customer's needs, defines the functional and technical requirements of the identified solution in agreement with the technical department and articulates a value proposition;
3. Monitors all project-related objectives (functionality, quality, budget, milestones) as the first point of contact for the customer within projects;
4. Drafts project progress reports and transmits new technological requirements from customer projects to the technical department;
5. Develops and grows relationships with key players in the reference market;
6. Evaluates new opportunities and new solutions, involving the technical department and the R&D office
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
7. Technical background (mechatronics and electrotechnical/electronic), with strong focus on commercial development;
8. Proven experience in a Sales role, ideally in the industrial automation sector (at least 5 years).

9. Ambition and orientation towards one's professional growth;
10. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills;
11. Good active selling and negotiation skills;
12. Mastery of IT work tools (CRM, Excel).
