We are looking for a SALES ANALYST & PLANNER to be included within the Global Key Account Team, based in Padova HQ. He/she will work together with the Commercial & GKA Team to ensure, among others, accurate planning, monitoring, and analysis of commercial performance. S/he will report to the Global Key Account Director.
Responsibilities Data Management: Assist in managing and cleaning Masterdata. Help improve data collection, storage and analysis systems.
Reporting and Analysis: Support daily and weekly reporting updates. Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and insights for the Commercial team.
Sell-out: consolidate and analyze sell-out monthly data from Key Partners while identifying key take outs (Trend, Collection performance, Brand path, Best Seller etc.)
Collaboration: Work with Commercial, IT, Marketing and other departments to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
Communication: Help create reports, dashboards, and presentations. If required, communicate targets and results to relevant Key Account Manager.
Sales Planning: Work in synergy with commercial e product supply departments to define the right sales planning by channel in order to fulfill order taking by brand with the most accurate rate based on internal KPIs.
Support: Assist with weekly and monthly sales forecasts. Help organize sales meetings and maintain databases.
Scope of work: support the development of our GKA channel, assist our Commercial & Operations
Requirements At least two years of experience within the role/ in similar roles
Bachelor's degree required; Data analytics/statistics courses are preferable
Analytical thinking, solution orientation and implementation strength
Good knowledge of data science analysis applications (eg. R, Phyton, etc) Knowledge of BEx Analyzer Tool is a plus
Good knowledge and experience about data modelling and data visualization
SAP knowledge is a plus
Fluent in spoken and written English
Project management and agile framework
Effective communications skills
Proactive attitude, pragmatic approach
