Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Internal Account Manager – Service Contracts The Internal Account Manager will be part of a team of professionals dedicated to sell services contracts and other maintenance packs, mainly on the phone.Service Sales is responsible for selling Maintenance Contracts, Certificates, recursive and spot service offerings (e.g. Calibrations, Health checks, Trainings, Consultancy packs). S/he will report to Sales Manager Service and her/his main responsibilities will be:
  • achieving sales targets by selling Mettler-Toledo services contracts and packs;
  • managing inbound leads (analyzing the clients' needs, preparing quotations / participating in tenders, negotiating, closing the deals);
  • identifying opportunities on the assigned client portfolio;
  • proactively generating opportunities for other business areas or teams;
  • working with Sales Manager on complex deals;
  • being the main point of contact for clients in case of needs and/or complaints
What You Need to Succeed The ideal candidate must have:
  • Technical diploma (in electronics, mechanics, or similar fields)
  • At least 3 years of B2B remote sales experience (preferably as Internal sales/Telesales) in technical environment/products/engineering
  • Intermediate/advanced level of English (spoken/written)
  • good knowledge of MS Office;
  • proactive and goal-oriented attitude;
  • excellent negotiation skills.
  • SAP CRM knowledge is a plus
  • Based in Milano and neighborhood; possibility to work remotely
The position offers a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €30,000 to €40,000, which will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience in the role. Additional bonuses tied to company and individual performance, a benefits package, and meal vouchers are also provided.
