Your profile : Essential Skills: Lighting knowledge, technical and commercial skills, well-balanced tactical and operational skills, customer-focused with a passion for excellent customer service, practical, hands-on mentality, clear verbal communication including empathy and conciseness, persuasive sales skills, and the ability to influence. Experience with Salesforce and basic Microsoft programs like Excel and Word (nice to have). Languages: Fluent in English and Italian. Personal Attributes: Result-oriented, determined to over-achieve, polished, analytical, engaging, interpersonal skills, hunter-minded, energetic, a self-starter, high energy levels, enthusiastic, and able to execute. Your responsibilities : Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel. Build coverage in the assigned region, supporting agencies and monitoring their work. Develop business cases with the Country Manager and Head of Sales for regional expansion. Identify and develop new customers (installers, contracts, end users). Develop projects and report progress in Salesforce. Be the Italy reference for trainings to agencies and customers. Represent the BLE system in Italy, working with agencies and HQ to improve and promote it. Gather and analyze market information and communicate with Opple marketing team. Meet targets and budgets.
