Job Description:
MISSIONS
* Conducts or directly performs laboratory tests, using the resources provided by the laboratory manager, following the prescribed methods and/or standards meticulously.
* Analyzes and, if necessary, drafts the test reports, providing the results of internal or client tests, and completing the required documentation.
* Provides information to the project manager (or other actor managing an internal project, ., in R&D product development or Quality) regarding the type and quantity of samples to be tested to complete the validation plan. Makes available to the laboratory technician in charge of testing the samples to be tested according to the prescribed methods.
* Verifies that the documentation in his/her possession (specifications, specific standards) allows him/her to identify the operations and parameters to be applied during testing without any doubt or uncertainty.
* Verifies and, if necessary, has the small equipment required for the validations assigned to him/her built. Ensures the availability of the fluids needed to perform the tests.
* Requests quotes for externally performed tests, checking their correctness, costs, and timelines.
* Performs the necessary operations while respecting all safety precautions, as required by regulations and according to the training/instructions received from his/her supervisor. In case of doubt, does not perform the operations until receiving the necessary clarifications from his/her supervisor.
* Coordinates the validation management with the project manager.
* Requests additional information directly from the client or through the project manager in case of doubts or uncertainties about the testing methods to be adopted.
* Manages, together with the laboratory manager, specific tasks related to the organization of the laboratory (., archiving reports, client documentation related to testing, inventory, management of validation samples, .
TIMELINES
* Monitors compliance with the planned dates for the execution and presentation of test results.
* Ensures that no equipment, for which a calibration plan is provided, is used with an expired verification date.

* Evaluates the validation costs during the RFQ phases.
