We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team looking for a Business Support Intern for our E‑commerce channel within the Italy & Iberia Business Unit.

What You’ll Be Doing\nManage customer bank transfers and account statements using SAP, and update the Excel master database according to specific instructions from Customer Service.
\n
Amazon order flow management : Check and modify incoming orders in the SAP dashboard and perform a double check on the Amazon Vendor Central portal.
\n
Communicate any discrepancies in pricing and lead times.
\n
Coordinate and interact with Logistics and Sales teams regarding missed deliveries and / or unloading appointments.
\n
Verify and monitor the presence of ASN (Advanced Shipment Notification) on orders and liaise with IT for issue resolution.
\n
Who We’re Looking For\nAvailability for a six‑month full‑time internship starting in May / June 2026.
\n
A degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
\n
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
\n
Excellent command of the English language.
\n
Reliability, proactivity, and strong teamwork skills.
