&##Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for specialty papers in assigned territories.
Sales Targets: Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot quality or delivery issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Market Monitoring: Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to identify opportunities.
✅ Experience: 5–10 years in sales management within the paper industry.
Industry : Proven Sales track record in Packaging papers, Aseptic Packaging, Foodservice Papers, Barrier Papers or Paper-based flexible packaging.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Independent & Remote Work: Comfortable managing customers and sales independently across multiple European markets.
