Achieve sales objectives by analyzing market opportunities, influencing decision makers, and driving sales growth. Participate in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market insights with the Product Management team. Manage and develop the network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program. Support Strategic Sales Managers with opportunities in the assigned region and vertical markets. Engage with end users, consultants, specifiers, and major system integrators to promote products and increase project pipeline. Maintain regular reporting on sales and project progress. Conduct customer audits, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches. Focus on product/channel/customer margins and accurate forecasting. Achieve budgets and targets. Requirements: Proven success in a business development or sales role in a demanding environment. Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, including solutions presentation to end users and consultants. Ability to understand customer needs, define solutions, and create professional proposals. Knowledge of the electronic security market, main channels, and potential customers within IT & Networking. Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus. Understanding of network video systems and topology. Business or technical degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
