Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal communication).
Previous experience in managing strategic customers, P&L responsibility, conducting high-level negotiations, and maintaining and growing strategic alliances and partnerships for business.
Experience in FMCG, retail, logistics, or e-commerce industries.
Proven experience in managing high-level negotiations.
Highly commercially aware, creative, and astute, with strong financial and analytical skills.
Proven strategic relationship manager with the ability to plan strategically with customers and implement strategies.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, anticipate market trends, and adapt to changing business needs.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as Key Account Manager - Amazon PARP (Pick up and Returns points) in Italy. Amazon PARP offers convenient pickup and return options to Amazon customers. As the Key Account Manager, you will manage and expand our network, requiring proven experience in C-level stakeholder management, complex contract negotiations, and network ownership.
Your responsibilities include overseeing network development and roll-out, optimizing performance, conducting reviews, creating action plans, and managing contract renewals. You will serve as the main contact for external partners and internal teams, ensuring excellent customer experience while collaborating across departments such as Tech Ops, Finance, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, and Product Management.

Key job responsibilities
* Own and develop executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for strategic decisions and partnership growth.
* Lead complex contract negotiations, including commercial terms, SLAs, and partnership conditions with high-value partners.
* Conduct market analysis and forecasting to inform strategic decisions.
* Manage the PARP network in Italy, including performance optimization, expansion strategies, and quality control.
* Lead network development, performance reviews, action plan creation, and contract renewal processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Drive business expansion, route-to-market strategies, and new product/service launches to grow revenue and market share.
* Lead offline marketing and advertising campaigns with location partners to increase awareness and usage of Amazon Lockers.
* Ensure delivery of best-in-class customer experience across all pickup locations.
Additional requirements include a Master’s degree and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
