In order to strengthen the internal staff, he commissioned us to search for a Customer Service Specialist.Under the guidance and directions of the Customer Service Manager the role holder is responsible for accurately undertaking a range of general duties.RESPONSABILITIES:Pick up costumer incoming callsCustomer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activitiesData entry within a business management systemBack officePick up costumer incoming callsSales Orders creation / order confirmationsDelivery notesREQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldPrevious experience in a customer service role is preferred.The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.SAP knowledge may be advantageous.English: advanced level, preferably fluent spoken and writtenThe position will be offered on a permanent basis. Gross annual salary of €33,000 + €10 meal voucher. Full time, starting between 8 and 9 am. The workplace can be reached by subway.
