Accountabilities
Own a core product area from discovery and strategy through delivery, optimization, and long‑term evolution.
Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
Identify high‑impact opportunities and translate complex workflows, customer insights, and data into clear product direction.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to develop innovative, high‑quality product experiences.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product success and guide continuous improvement.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning, adoption, and value realization.
Drive prioritization decisions and navigate ambiguity while making informed trade‑offs in enterprise environments.
Maintain a strong focus on usability, product quality, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Significant experience managing complex B2B SaaS products with end‑to‑end ownership of major product initiatives or product areas.
Strong product management expertise with the ability to identify meaningful problems and prioritize impactful solutions.
Proven experience translating customer feedback, data analysis, and business requirements into actionable product strategies.
Demonstrated success collaborating with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in evolving and ambiguous environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making capabilities.
Passion for creating products that deliver long‑term customer value and drive engagement.
Experience with enterprise software environments and sophisticated business workflows.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or data‑intensive SaaS products is considered an asset.
Experience building platform capabilities that support multiple customer use cases is a plus.
